Welcome to Maze Rally. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Maze Rally mobile application (the "App") provided by QCatSoft ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App and all of its content, including but not limited to source code, graphics, sound effects, music, level designs, and the "Maze Rally" name and logo, are the property of QCatSoft and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App
- Use the App's assets or name in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission
3. USER CONDUCT
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.
4. IN-APP PURCHASES
The App may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
5. UPDATES AND CHANGES
We may from time to time release updates to the App that may add, modify, or remove features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall QCatSoft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. TRIBUTE AND ORIGINAL WORK
Maze Rally is an original game created as a tribute to classic 1980s arcade titles. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Namco, Bandai Namco Entertainment, or any other company that has produced similar games. All gameplay elements, art, and sound in Maze Rally are original works owned by QCatSoft.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QCatSoft operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
