QCatSoft ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Maze Rally mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we and our third-party partners handle information when you use our App. We are committed to being transparent about data practices.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not directly collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically, QCatSoft does not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
- Your precise or approximate location
- Your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data
- Any health, financial, or sensitive personal data
However, the App contains third-party advertising (Google AdMob) which may collect certain data as described in Section 3 below.
2. LOCALLY STORED DATA
The App stores the following data locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:
- Game progress, high scores, and unlocked levels
- User preferences such as sound volume and control settings
- Ad consent preferences (where applicable)
You may delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings.
3. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADMOB
Maze Rally displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use data from your device to serve ads, including:
- Device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA / Advertising Identifier, if permitted)
- IP address and general location (country/region level)
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
AdMob uses this data to serve relevant advertisements and for fraud prevention. The collection and use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
The App integrates Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request your permission before accessing the IDFA. If you decline, only non-personalized ads will be shown. You can change this preference at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly permit children under the age of 13 to use the App in a way that would result in the collection of personal data. When serving ads to users who may be children, we configure AdMob to serve non-personalized ads only and to comply with COPPA and Google's Families Policy.

5. DATA SECURITY
QCatSoft does not operate any servers that store your personal data. All gameplay data is stored locally on your device. For data handled by Google AdMob, Google applies industry-standard security measures. For more information, refer to Google's security practices at https://safety.google.
6. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
You have the following options to control how your data is used for advertising:
- Opt out of personalized ads: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Limit Ad Tracking: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising and disable "Personalized Ads"
- Reset Advertising Identifier: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to reset your IDFA
Under GDPR (EU/EEA users) or CCPA (California users), you may also have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data held by our third-party partners. Please refer to Google's privacy controls at https://myaccount.google.com.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
